Tex Hipwell has been making these lovely garden windmills for 20 years. They are decorative, functional, visually appealing and generously zinc coated for many years of enjoyment. Sizes available are 1 foot, 2 foot, 4 foot, 7 foot and 9 foot models. The 7' and 9' are available in pumping models especially designed for aerating fish ponds and small water features.
